A crowded area at blood bank section. Sharing space for documentation, and with clinician collecting the blood component for transfusion.
WHAT WAS CHANGED, IMPROVED OR IMPLEMENTED?
A dedicated bench was provided for clinician to document related data upon collecting blood component.

1. Less crowded.
2. Reduce chance of misplaced of any related documents.
