Consultation with doctor will be started at least 30 minutes to one hour after registration
- Due to multiple procedures need to be done before seeing doctor
WHAT WAS CHANGED, IMPROVED OR IMPLEMENTED?
Flexi hours for all staff , One staff allocated to incharge registration at 7.30am
BEFORE AFTER
Registration started at 8 am Few patients can be reviewed by doctors as early as 8.00am
Dr will see patient the earliest at 8.30 to 9.30am
WHAT WAS THE BENEFITS?
reduce patient’s length of stay at ophthalmology clinic
Reduce overloaded of patient during peak hour
