Hence specialist/ MO who was in other consultation room having difficulty to assess appointment tca book before seeing patient

Tca/ appointment book was put on a table outside in between the two consultation room

all doctors can assess and trace TCA book easily before seeing/ consulting/ examining patient.
Patient will get shorter waiting time
