The Catalyst for Strategic Planning―Then & Now
In 2011, after celebrating its 50 anniversary season, the Grand Teton Music Festival (GTMF) established a Strategic Plan with an
th
ambitious goal “to make our well-regarded festival more relevant to donors and audiences through innovation, education, and classical
music programs that relate to people today.” The 2011 plan also established clear parameters for success: “Success will be measured
by growth in audience, donor dollars, and our reputation in the music world.” Thanks to the leadership of our Board, the excellence of
our musicians, the hard work of staff, and the passionate support of our donors and patrons, GTMF has met this standard:
