this screen as you are reading and writing to live data. When asked to log off and exit Pastel, do not enter this
screen until given the all clear. This screen should only be viewed while you are looking for stock quantities
and then immediately exit out of this screen.

USER REPORTS:
User Reports have been specifically written to provide the information usually obtained from Pastel’s BIC dashboard. There
are 3 levels of reports created as per below screenshot.

SALES BY ANALYSIS CODE – FULL DETAILS:
This shows the full analysis for the period specified, grouped by Sales Analysis code which shows the customer and which
products were sold to the customer (this report shows only the current year information).

SALES BY ANALYSIS CODE – SUMMARY:
This shows the summary analysis for the period specified, grouped by Sales Analysis code only (this shows the prior year
comparative for the same date period as well as the relevant budget for that period).

SALES BY ANALYSIS CODE – CODE AND CUSTOMER:
This shows the summary analysis for the period specified, grouped by Sales Analysis code and showing the customer
information for that period (this report shows only the current year information).
