- Please note that this age analysis reflects the following:
                o amounts due in the current period,
                o amounts not yet due (i.e. effectively current month) and
                o amounts past due (in excess of their terms)
                o the total due reflects the full amount owing by the customer
         - Any customer whose total due exceeds their credit limit will be highlighted in red text. For these customers, we
            need to update their credit terms ASAP or we need to block their account if they have exceeded their terms;
         -   Any debt collecting tasks associated to the customer will also print on this screen;
         - The above age analysis needs to be emailed to the following staff by midday on each and every Wednesday:
                o   Sales Manager and Sales Reps;
                o   Jenny and Grant;
         - At each fortnightly admin meeting, the above age analysis needs to be presented and feedback provided regarding
            the customers identified;
         - All tasks need to be kept up to date with relevant information.

     CUSTOMERS CREATED:
     This report shows all customers created within a period range. This report is run regularly to ensure that the necessary
     paperwork is in place for any new customers added. There is an SOP in place for adding new customers (there is a document
     that must be completed before the customer is added in Pastel. Similarly, a new prospect needs to follow the same
     process).

     CUSTOMER INFORMATION SHEET:
     This is a very useful report to see a quick breakdown of your entire customer base. Unfortunately, at this stage it cannot
     be filtered by Sales area codes, but you can view a range of customers or one particular customer. The date range is alo
     an important consideration. You can view the information for one or many months, or even an entire year – the list of
     variable dates is only limited to the amount of information contained in the history files.

               TIP – By typing in AZZZZZ to BZZZZZ in the account number range, the report will extract all customer’s
               codes between A and B. Any other letters can also be used to extract a similar list (e.g. all accounts beginning
               with “F” would be FZZZZZ to FZZZZZ, etc.).

               TIP – Change the number of products to 50 or more to ensure that the full product range is included in the
               report. Limiting the number will only extract the top 5 products.
