ACTIVITY:
This tab shows the movement in the highlighted inventory item for the financial year, including purchase and sale
movements as well as latest theoretical stock balances on hand.

PRODUCT HISTORY (THE OTHER HOLY GRAIL):
This tab shows the product history for the particular inventory code, similarly to the product sales screen within the
customer navigation, the history needs to be retrieved each time this screen is opened. There are 4 different ways in which
information can be viewed under this section:
- Sales Movements – this shows all sales movements of the particular inventory item to every single customer;
- Purchase Movements – this shows all purchases of the particular inventory item from each supplier (usually only
HQ unless it is a local supplier);
- Sales for Item Category – this shows all sales movements for the item category (i.e. all Doctor Blades, all Cushion
Mount, etc.);
- Purchase for Item Category – this shows all purchase movements for the item category (i.e. all Consumables, all
Teflon, etc.);

TIP – This screen can be used to very quickly find the last time a particular item was purchased, from which
supplier and what the last cost price was. Very useful when a customer has asked for something that was
purchased in the prior or previous year.

INVENTORY DOCUMENTS, USER DEFINED and LANGUAGE TRANSLATIONS:
These tabs are currently not currently in use – further guidance will be provided should this change in the future.
