-   To clear your filter, refer to the button which is accessible on all screens where you have a grid;
         - You cannot “break” any of these screens or the information on it – you are simply viewing information and sorting
            the relevant information that you are looking for;
         - You can also view a copy of the invoice, by double clicking on an item. The following steps are to be followed:
                o   Double click on the invoice;
                o   You will be prompted whether you want to “Just print the invoice”, click no;
                o A splash screen with the relevant invoice will appear:

         - Lastly, you can export the entire grid to Excel for further data analysis.

     CUSTOMER BUDGETS, PRICING AND CATEGORY DISCOUNTS:
     This tab is not currently setup and is therefore not used. Should circumstances change, detailed notes will be provided.

     PROFORMA INVOICES, SALES ORDERS, TAX INVOICE, CREDIT AND DEBIT NOTES:
     The above tabs display a list of the relevant documents as detailed above and can be clicked on to view the details
     thereof. This information is effectively the same as the Product Sales tab, but shows the information from the point of
     view of a document instead of a product code. Like the Product Sales screen, the headings can be grouped and filtered in
     the same manner.

     BALANCES, OPEN ITEM AND TRANSACTIONS TAB:
     The above tabs display the following information:
         - Balances the latest account balances as well as the last payment received from the customer, as well as a summary
            of sales – current vs last year;
         -   Open item – this shows all unmatched (unpaid) invoices outstanding for the customer;
         - Transactions – this shows a summary of all transactions for the customer (i.e. invoices, credit notes and receipts).
         - Again, all headings can be filtered and sorted as per previous sections.

     That brings us to the end of the Customer section, onwards and upwards (or downwards in this case). Let’s move onto
     Suppliers!
