o You can then manage your task in the usual task view method.
- The next few blocks relate to the anticipated sales value for this opportunity – this step will need to be completed
once we add the product lines to the opportunity;
- Brief details, the Full details blocks can be used for any other relevant information which will not be visible to the
customer;
TIP – The “Formatted Details” tab is an extension of the “Full details” block. Rather use the “Full details” block
for any pertinent information that you may want to insert into this opportunity.
- The “Attachments” tab can be used to link drawings of Engineering products should it be required for a particular
quotation – this will not appear with the quotation;
- The next step is to complete the product charge lines, click on this tab now, the following screen will appear (this
already has some information in it):
- In order to add product charge lines, you will need to click on the “Add line” button at the bottom left;
- Select the line and “tab” across to the item code block, once this block is selected, click on the magnifying glass to
call up all product codes;
