OPENING NEW CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS (NOT YET IN OPERATION):
     For all new customer accounts, a new task will also be created. This task activity is setup as “create email from note” as it
     is  setup  to  automatically  be  emailed to  Mogie  and  the  GFM.  The  task  will  follow  the  same  above  guidelines  with  one
     additional requirement:
         -   The standard template for new customer accounts as well as relevant supporting documentation must be included
            in the documents tab of the activity;
         -   Once the task is completed by Mogie, she will then mark the task as completed;
         -   The admin person will then need to add the document link to the newly created customer once completed.

     DOCUMENTS TAB:
     This tab shows all documents linked to the specific customer. As per above, the credit approval letter should be linked to
     each customer as the default. Additional documents which are specific to the customer can also be linked here and filed
     electronically according to the same guidelines as detailed above.

               TIP – The documents tab contains a “link” to the relevant file and therefore CRM does not contain the relevant
               file. The link you create points to where on the network the document is saved. If you remove the link, this
               does not delete the actual file off the network.

     OPPORTUNITIES TAB:
     This tab shows all opportunities linked to a specific customer. An opportunity is what we use to refer to the “Opportunity
     to do business with our customers” – therefore it is not just another word for a quote – but the opportunity to grow our
     wallet share, products and relationship with the customer.

     There is quite a bit of information which needs to be completed in this screen, so let’s get cracking! Click on the
     Opportunities tab, the following screen will appear:







































     Click on “New Sales Opportunity” to start creating the detail, the following splash screen will appear:
