CONTACT HISTORY TAB:
     The contact history tab shows all open (and closed) activities/tasks assigned to the particular customer. You can also
     create new customer specific tasks as well as edit old tasks.






































     The above customer already has a task assigned to it, namely debt collection for August 2016. This relates to all invoices
     up to and including 31 August 2016 which is due and payable by 30 September 2016. This task was created because of
     issues with a particular invoice which needed to be dealt with by the buyer and the TSC. Once this issue has been resolved
     and closed off, this task will also be closed and will then disappear from this screen (although the contact history will still
     be available should you ever need to refer back to it).

     Let’s create a new task for this customer, click on the “New Note/Activity” button:
