LOGGING IN
CRM has a wide variety of functions relating to inventory, customers, suppliers as well as various different reports. The full
functionality will be set out in the below sections.
LOGGING INTO CRM
On your desktop, you will notice an icon for CRM:
To open the application, double click on the icon and a splash screen will appear:
Use the username and password provided to you by your manager. This username and password is specific to each user
and defines the default views and what information you can access. You will have access to the majority of the information
and you cannot “break” the application, so please feel free to explore. Menu items that you do not have access to, will
appear “greyed out”, these are setup related items.
Please note that some users will have access to more than one set of Pastel data, please ensure that you are
working in the correct database.
