INTRODUCTION:
The below training manual sets out the standard operating procedures currently employed at the Company with regards
to CRM processing. All policies and procedures contained herein should be complied with and any deviations or differences
noted should be reported immediately to your direct supervisor / Group Financial Manager / CEO. Failure to adhere to the
policies and procedures contained herein will result in disciplinary action which may result in your dismissal.

The manual is broken down into various different topic headings and the various different procedures relating to the topic
heading and are dealt with under that section.

This manual will be distributed to all new staff when joining the company and will form part of their employment pack.

All current staff are required to keep a copy available, should they require any further guidance on a particular topic. This
manual will be updated from time to time (with an event logger) and therefore it is the employee’s responsibility to replace
their older copy with the latest version when it is released.

PDI Spirit’s CRM application is a stand-alone “bolt-on” for Pastel. The application is a live link to the underlying Pastel data
that can access, view and retrieve LIVE information. In some instances, it has the ability to write directly into the Pastel
data tables, but more on this later. All staff have access to CRM and should use the application as their first stop in order
to retrieve information regarding customers and inventory.

Due to the vast volume of functions that can be performed by CRM, various different aspects will be rolled out on an ad
hoc basis and this manual will be updated accordingly.
