- Complete the following customer contact information:
o Contact name;
o Known as, if applicable (i.e. Contact name is William, but everyone refers to the person as “Lofty”)
o Do not complete “Job Title” on this screen;
o Various contact details as per prompts;
o You are not required to complete the bottom section referring to Client name;
o You are not required to complete the contact tags at this stage;
o Once complete, click on “Save Contact”
- Once you have saved the contact, please type in the job description into the block as per below:
TIP – We do not complete the job title in the new contact screen as each customer has a multitude of job
titles within the industry.
Once we have updated all of our customer contacts, we can now easily get in contact with the relevant persons at the
customer to resolve any issues, create targeted marketing plans specific to various job functions and titles and assist a
customer should any Barkev employee be required to do so.
