PROCESS NAVIGATION MENU
All of the Process Menu options can be found either in the relevant Process Navigation bar or from the menus at the top o
the page. The “Process” navigation bar allows quick access to the following screens:
- Task view – view and manage tasks;
- Calendar task view – view upcoming tasks in a calendar view;
- Recurring / General tasks – Not currently used;
- Customer Sales – this shows all the sales to the various customers for the year vs last year;
- Sales Opportunities – this shows the main summary of all Opportunities;
- Sales Opportunity tasks – this lists all tasks associated to Sales Opportunities;
- PDiTag Functions – not currently used;
- Mail merge address records – not currently used;
- Maintain Customer budgets – not currently used;
- Internal Products – not currently used;
- Purge Activities – not currently used.
We will now look at some of the more important items in the above list:

TASK VIEW:
This tab shows all open tasks assigned to the various individuals. It is important that the relevant date (top of the page in
the below screenshot) is well in advance to ensure that all relevant and upcoming tasks are visible.
