REPORTS NAVIAGTION MENU
This list of reports is a little cumbersome if you are not familiar with the name of the report, we would suggest that you
rather make use of the Reporting menu at the top of the page (refer to the next section).

MAIN MENU TOOLBAR
The main menu toolbar at the top of the page allows alternative access to the various navigation menu items we have
already covered. The File, Process and Campaign menus contain a few other items which can be viewed, feel free to explore
these. There is also a quick access to product sales and purchases (full product sales and purchases – not filtered to one
particular product).

REPORTING MENU
The reporting menu contains the below reports that can be viewed:

CUSTOMER REPORTS:
There are various customer reports available, we will begin looking at them as follows:

MONTHLY CUSTOMER AGE ANALYSIS:
The weekly and monthly age analysis will now be printed from CRM. This is to ensure that all branches are working from
the same format and same document. The process is as follows:
- At the top of CRM, you will see a menu option called “Reporting”
- Click on Reporting>Customer Reports>Customer Age Analysis
- You will then have the following splash screen:
