Double click on the “STOCK QUANTITIES – ALL BRANCHES” line, the following pop-up will appear where you will need to
enter the inventory items that you would like to see:

TIP – By leaving the “ItemStart” field blank and entering “ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ” (Case sensitive) in the
“ItemEnd” field, this will retrieve the list of all products in all branches.

TIP – To select a range or grouping of products, enter the following:
In “ItemStart”, enter “10AAAAAAAAAA” and in “ItemEnd”, enter “34ZZZZZZZZZ”, this will return the entire
inventory code range, starting from the beginning of the “10” group and ending at the end of the “34” group.

Once you have clicked on “OK”, the following will be displayed, which shows the quantity per branch (as per headings) as
well as total stock available.

To change your range of information, simply click on the “Cube Data Source” button above the cube report and follow the
steps outlined above.
