PROSPECT NAVIGATION MENU
     CRM has the ability to create a “Prospect” for any new potential clients which we would like to keep a record of. Navigation
     is similar to the customer screen, but with limited tabs as there are obviously limitations (i.e. there is no customer history
     for a prospect or any documents or balances applicable).

     To create a new prospect, click on the “Prospects” navigation bar on the left-hand side, your screen should look as follows
     (minus the prospects):

     CREATING A NEW PROSPECT:
     To create a new prospect, click on “New Prospect” and the following splash screen will appear:

         - This allows you to enter the customer name and CRM will automatically assign a potential prospect customer code
            depending on what is available within Pastel (i.e. if you have 2 customers with the same first 3 letters, the new
            prospect will be 002 instead of 001, etc.);
         - Once you have completed the name, click on create prospect. You will be prompted that you are creating a new
            prospect, click on “yes”;
         - Complete the rest of the prospect information (i.e. customer details, address, contact details, etc.)
         - Once completed, you can now create tasks (such as “Calling on customers”) as well as quote the prospect.
     Should the customer turn into a customer, please contact the Group FM for further assistance in converting the prospect
     to a customer. It is imperative that you follow this process otherwise the information you captured will be lost.

     Once a prospect turns into a customer, you can then access the relevant information through the customer navigation
     menu.
