           8.  Have they used similar products before?
           9.  What are their objections to your product or service


        This valuable customer information will help you identify key business opportunities
        to expand and develop your current products and services.



        Asking the Questions


        To receive more information about your potential customer, strive to bring up powerful
        open-ended  sales  questions.  More  questions  lead  to  greater  chances  to  get
        valuable information.
