The Human Resources department was responsible for streamlining proper
communication, the organization of , and the overall decisions of the company.
Throughout the course of our journey, we found that communication was troubling at
times. Especially since we are very limited in our resources, only being able to meet
virtually, it was difficult to delegate responsibilities and tasks. However, we learned to
adapt quickly and rose through the challenges with patience and constant organization.

We all learned how to trust each other with finishing and executing important deeds for
the sake of our company’s success. It was a great accomplishment for the production
department and the team to be able to reprint our product due to a high demand.
Kre8ability was able to reprint Imbentibu three times to sell to our supportive
customers and eager readers. Because of this, we were able to achieve and surpass our
initial expectations!
