            INGREDIENTS                                       PROCEDURE





              3 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
                                                               01      Sift the flour together with the

              2 tablespoons dark corn syrup
                                                               02      Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

                                                                        Lightly grease baking
                                                                       sheets. Using 1 portion at a time,
                                                                       work on a floured surface and
                                                                       roll out dough to 1/8 inch thick.
             PREP TIME                                                 Cut into shapes with cookie

                                                                       cutter, and place 1 inch
                                                                       apart on prepared baking sheets.
                Prep | 30 m                                            Bake in preheated oven until set,
                                                                       about 5 minutes. Cool
                Chill | 1-24 h                                         completely.


                Cook | 5 m                                             Store in tightly covered tins.
