As the largest private foster care and adoption agency in Michigan, Samaritas helps more than 900
children every day. But even still, we are only able to find safe and loving families for fewer than 33%
of the children that are referred to us due to lack of foster and adoptive homes. Thousands of Michigan
children need temporary and permanent homes where they can feel safe, secure and loved.
