              After DAKAB, DALUD, IROMO, and VULKY descend to 3000' to 7 NM from PAL NDB. If traffic permits
              and with previous ATC authorization descend to 2000' to PAL NDB and continue with the ILS Rwy 21
              approach procedure. If this is not possible, proceed to PAL NDB at or above 3000'. Aircraft arriving
              through RENAR will be cleared to descend to 3000' at 20 NM from PAL NDB (GYV R-335). Or proceed
              according to ATC instructions.
