Great volunteers make great organizations. Greater is what we can accomplish
as a group than the sum of what we can achieve individually. We have many
opportunities on the Board of Directors and committees, and your valued time
commitment of just a few hours a month can help us so much.
When I first got involved with PPIAC, I honestly was worried about time
commitments. However, in a short period, I found that my responsibility was far
less intrusive on my life, and the benefits of committing were more extensive
than I could imagine. I wouldn't trade my past experiences with the PPIAC
Board for anything. The friends and connections I have made will be of benefit
for many years to come.
Thank you again, folks. I genuinely appreciate the opportunities afforded me
over the years on the PPIAC Board of Directors.

President’s Message
Members,
It’s sad for me to think this is my last message to you as President. I’ve been
a member of PPIAC since 2006 and a board member for most of that time
except just few years. The last 2 years have gone quickly and this board has
gotten A LOT accomplished. I’m really proud of where our assocation is
today, and want to thank all of you for giving me the opportunity to serve as
your President, and having the faith in me to lead this association.
Our conference last month was fantastic. Great speakers and topics, and our
magazine roll out to a paperless association. Yep, I said paperless. This is
the format you will be receiving association news, training materials and the
conference notebook. The magazine is interactive with lots of links so check
out all of the pages and we hope you enjoy this format. It literally saves the
association hundreds of dollars per year, not to mention the hours upon hours
of printing out material.
This association will continue to grow with the incoming leadership and I am
excited to see where they take PPIAC. Our little association has a big
footprint around the country and does some great things for our profession.
