Er.Durga Charan Behera, Principal of Government ITI Anandapur,
Bachelor in Electrical Engineering having experience of 30 years in Edu-
cation and Training field. His words of wisdom are Quoted as, “A sense of
appreciation is the single most sustainable motivator at work. When some-
one recognizes our work as meaningful and valuable, it’s intrinsically moti-
vating. And that’s the kind of motivation that lasts which is visible through
this Newsletter. My good wishes are with the editing team of the Newslet-
ter to create a masterpiece”.

Er. Krushna Chandra Rout, associated with ITI Balasore since 15th
May 2017 designated as Principal, Bachelor in (Electronics & Telecommu-
nication) from U.C.E, Burla (now V.S.S.U.T). Then joined as a lecturer in
applied electronics and instrumentation in BOSE, Cuttack through OPSC
in 1993. The biggest achievement in his career till now is the operation of
BPITOT, Talcher, and have qualified technicians in geometric progression.
In this progress, our vision of transforming society through Skilled profes-
sionals will be visualized. The message is “STAY FIT, LEARN SKILL
AND SERVE THE SOCIETY HONESTLY” …

Debashish Bisi, Principal, Government ITI, Barbil has completed his
Bachelor in Technical Education in Mechanical Branch. Great achieve-
ments including industry partnership, infrastructure development, capacity
enhancement of Govt. ITI, Barbil, and its Hostel, and the count are endless
has been showcased by Er. Bisi. He says, “Technology is developing day
by day. As we update software in our Android mobile, we have to also up-
date ourselves to meet the demand in the present & future. Life teaches
something new every day so never stop learning. Keep learning, keep
updating and enjoy leaving”.

Sri Kandan Majhi, Principal PCITI, Baripada, with immense pleasure
shared his views as, “With experienced & dedicated trainers and excel-
lent infrastructure, our institute helps trainees to realize their goals in life.
We want our trainees to be committed & dedicated to their goals along
with integrity and concern for the environment and rural society they live
in. I encourage all the trainees to take advantage of the opportunities pro-
vided by the institute and involve themselves in all the extra-curricular
activities which have been perfectly showcased in this Newsletter”.

Er. Suresh Chandra Padhi, Principal (TTI, Takatpur), Bachelor in
science (Physics Hons), MCA says, “Celebrating the dedication
