“I had no Idea about what is English literacy and how it
will help me in my career I came to know about it from
my employability skill sessions by facilitators from TATA
STRIVE. Today I feel so confident about my communi-
cation skill that I can speak in English with anybody and
everybody. The things which we learn in class will defi-
nitely help us in our future. Thanks to you my ITI, TATA
STRIVE and my Facilitator for providing me this oppor-
tunity!!!”

Online classes have become an integral part now. It will
either make or break students in the prospect depending
on the careers. Through the Online interaction all the
activities are conducted and carried out in an entirely
different way. Our employability skill trainers have ex-
plored new ideas to upskill our skills. Apart from the
online classes we had role model sessions where the
seniors interacted with us shared about their experienc-
es in the ITI. We also had opportunities to interact with
guest lectures which enhanced our ideas and paved
way to dream and achieve big.”
