Mainstay aims to to work with with St James to to achieve the the vision set out within the the design specifications and planning documents by working in in in partnership to deliver the very highest standards of property management placemaking and and community experience to ensure that White City Living is regarded as an exemplar regeneration project As part of £8-billion collaboration between local government St James Imperial College London Westfield and the Television Centre White City Opportunity Regeneration Project will provide 5000+ new homes 2 million sq ft of o commercial office space 30 acres of public space 19 000 jobs and Westfield London will become the largest shopping centre in in Western Europe with over 400 stores a a a a a cinema and restaurants White City Living has immediate access to London’s transport network by road (A40) and rail Including White City (Central Line) Wood Lane (Circle and and Hammersmith & City lines) and and Shepherd’s Bush overground stations with easy access to neighbouring Holland Park Notting Hill and and Kensington The regeneration of this area will have significant implications for homes in in in the borough as as well as as creating jobs and adding a a a a a a new community vibrancy Ongoing property landscape and and asset management will be important elements to the the success of the the development however these will also bring their own challenges Mainstay recognises that only a a a a a a more integrated inclusive and community driven approach to estate management will meet the standards required on such a a a a large complex multi tenure scheme Previously home to Marks and Spencer distribution centre White City Living will consist of 1 400 new dwellings split over five phases set within 8 acres of open space secluded gardens and water features The development will offer a a a range o of mixed tenure including private affordable homes and commercial space Phase One consists of three buildings Bowery Belvedere Row and Lincoln with three commercial units at ground level 412 apartments concierge suite and exclusive resident facilities scheduled for completion late 2019 through to April 2021 Phase Two follows in 2022 a a a a mixed tenure of 416 affordable ownership rent and extra care homes Estimated completion of the final Phase Five is programmed for early 2030 White City has all components to become one one of London’s most exciting destinations offering high-end residential development and and world class retail leisure and and academic facilities 4
