1. Why safety to be put first?
A safe workplace not only protect workers from injury, it can also lower injury cost, increase productivity
and quality.

2. Describe your individual contributions to improve safety in the site in overall?
Before starting any activity (execution) first train employee or workers well, use label & sign, implement
safety protocol.

3. What all are the important factors for a safe operation/ Safe Site?
1- Training must be given before using tools.
2- Every worker to wear PPE.
3- Root cause analysis every incident or accident.
4- Risk needs to be analysed by Risk assessment and JSA

4. Is training an important tool for safety, how?
The importance of safety training extends beyond a worker's introduction to the job. It also encompasses
situation when his working condition change. Without understand safety practise related to his job a worker
will be at high risk.

5. How you feel when you rewarded as the safety performer?
It feels god to be a champion, with that the responsibility increase even more to provide safe workplace.

6. Why reporting & investigating incidences important?
All the incident and accident have causes or reason. To eliminate the cause and Reoccurrence through
investing the incident we can discover the direct or indirect cause.

7. How work permit system ensures safe operation?
The permit to works helps to reduce the risk of safety incident by ensuring the people involves are aware of
the specific hazards, take the necessary precaution and are competent for the work.

8. Why employee welfare is important for any organisation?
The purpose of employee's welfare is to develop personality of the workers to make batter work force.
Welfare scheme it's create efficient, healthy, loyal and satisfied labour force for the organisation.

9. How to you find the support by MPW in executing the work in safe way?
MPW IND safety policy and commitment to provide safe system of work encourages the workmen to be
more cautious while carrying out the high risk activities, it also helps them to understand the morale value,
social welfare and economic factors for safety requirement.

10. Any suggestion for improving safety in the site?
1-Train the labour by providing proper training for particular job to avoid implement short cut method
2-Rewarding monthly or weekly, so that workers encourage for safe work or follow safety rules.
3-Conducted a yearly program, by introducing different type of program like safety slogan, quiz, and
13 dialogue on safety, where all are participated
