               Profiles of Executive Team


                                     Pat Clark, CPM
                                     Director of Operations

                                     Pat Clark is the Director of Operations and the Broker in Charge for Tradd
                                     Management. Responsibilities include coordination of the teams assigned to
                                     properties under management, communication with board of directors, and
                                     negotiating bulk service savings. Ms. Clark also oversees standard operating
                                     procedures to assure accountability and effective communication lines.

                                     Prior to joining Tradd in 2005, Ms. Clark served over 20 years among two
                                     different prominent real estate companies located in the Myrtle Beach MSA. She
               was the director for an association management start-up branch office serving the South Strand of
               Myrtle Beach and oversaw the growth efforts in becoming one of the most successful operations and
               market share leaders in that area.

               Pat Clark hails from Camden, South Carolina and earned a bachelor’s degree from USC-Coastal Carolina.
               She has been awarded the CPM designation, holds a South Carolina Broker-in-Charge license, and is a
               member of both the SC State IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) chapter and the National
               IREM organization. Clark is involved in numerous community organizations and is a member of Christ
               United Methodist Church.


                                     Tara Alford
                                     Controller

                                     Tara Alford has served as Controller for Tradd Management since 2017.  She
                                     oversees financial activity, procedures, and quality control for the properties
                                     under management. Tara utilizes a technology platform providing web based
                                     real-time data for our clients and also payment process efficiencies through
                                     multiple avenues including lock box, in-branch, and automatic drafts.

                                     Prior to joining Tradd, Tara worked 13 years in the finance department for a
                                     large corporate insurance company.  She is a graduate of Coastal Carolina
               University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Accounting, is a lifelong resident of the
               Murrells Inlet area, and is active in the community.
