                                 Demetria Lindsey
                                 Senior Accountant

                                 Demetria Lindsey serves as a Senior Accountant for Tradd Management where she
                                 supports the Controller with client reporting and operation of Tradd’s web-based
                                 accounting and property management platforms. She has 25 years of accounting
                                 experience in facilities and institutional property management.

                                 Demetria is a graduate of Lander University with a bachelor’s degree in Business
               Administration/Accounting. Demetria and her husband reside in Greenville, SC and she is actively
               involved in their nonprofit organization, A Grace to Grow.


                                 Stephanie Graham, MBA
                                 Accounts Receivable Manager

                                 Stephanie Graham serves as Accounts Receivable Manager for Tradd Management in
                                 Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. She oversees accounts receivables for the financing
                                 department and property policies and regulation enforcement.

                                 Originally from Lake City, SC, Stephanie has resided in Myrtle Beach since 2010. She
                                 holds an MBA Degree from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in
               Business Management from Coastal Carolina University. Prior to joining Tradd Management, Stephanie
               spent 8 years working in the banking sector of Myrtle Beach.


                                 Karley Watts
                                 Communications Manager

                                 Karley Watts serves as the Communications Manager at Tradd Management. She
                                 oversees communication processes to ensure property information and two-way
                                 lines of communication are accessible and effective with owners. Prior to joining
                                 Tradd, she worked in the leasing and management department for an apartment
                                 community.

               Karley is a graduate of the University of South Carolina, earning a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate. She
               is an active member of the Grand Strand Young Professionals Organization through the Grand Strand
               Chamber of Commerce and a dedicated member of Trinity United Methodist Church. Karley holds a SC
               Real Estate License.
