•   We will be committed to supporting our team, this means having each other's backs, and
                          doing our best to help the team be better.
                      •   We will leverage the diversity of skills, capability and experience of team members – our
                          goal is to learn and adjust to improve team performance.
                      •   We will create a psychologically safe environment ensuring that through open, honest
                          and transparent communication we create the space for feedback and self-disclosure.
                      •   We will learn and adjust to the circumstance after engaging in active listening – where
                          we have doubt, we will reach out and seek clarification.


               Volunteerism
               We remain accountable to our members and value the work of the volunteers who define
               our organisation. We will promote open and transparent management processes and always engage
               in authentic consultation with our stakeholders.

                   •  We will appreciate and actively demonstrate our appreciation for the contribution of our
                       volunteers and recognise the power of thank you
                   •  We will be empathetic to those who need help and always be open and transparent in our
                       dealings. We will listen to and respect the input of others.
                   •  We will be responsible for good governance and be a good steward of team resources-
                       regular communication is necessary to keep all informed
                   •  We work in a cooperative spirit of mutual respect, empathy, compassion and with integrity.
                   •  We will always protect and promote the Maccabi brand in a positive way, in this regard act
                       as appropriate role models
                   •  We will be proud of Maccabi’s Jewish and Zionist heritage and will behave in a manner that
                       will align with and reflect the organisations values.
