Insurance
Student Group Accident Insurance
Student group accident insurance is a general group insurance. Students who
sign up for this insurance (degree students or exchange students who stay at
NCTU for at least one semester) are eligible for insurance claims filed with the
provider of the student group accident insurance in accordance with the terms
and standards specified in the insurance policy in case of hospitalization due
to disease or if they need treatment for accident injuries. The term “accident
injuries” refers to injuries sustained in sudden accidents as opposed to
disease-related injuries.
Fee: NT413 (This fee will include in Tuition fee payment)

Students may proceed to the Office of International Affairs and submit all the
documents needed (shown as below).
Documents needed for insurance claims:
(1)Forms (QR code)
(2)Photocopy of Student ID card
(3)Original Receipt of Payment
(4)Original Certificate of Diagnosis
(5)Photocopy of Post Office Passbook Cover
(6)Photocopy of Passport
(7)Photocopy of ARC
