※This claimant is only applicable to students enrolled in group medical
insurance and hospitalized in registered clinic or hospital.
※ Students need to pay the medical expenses, and apply for reimbursement
with sufficient documents such as payment receipt and certificate of diagnosis.
Reimbursement Procedures:
1.Diagnosis at the clinic or hospital
2.Reimbursement Documents needed:
(1)Original Receipt of Payment
(2)Original Certificate of Diagnosis
(3)Photocopy of Post Office Passbook Cover
(4)Photocopy of Passport
(5)Photocopy of ARC
