Investment in an office building, along with newly acquired adjacent property*, will serve the future leaders
of our industry well, with whatever comes their way. Already an income-producing property (non-dues rev-
enue), the overall value to THA is rapidly rising.
The Mount Juliet/Wilson County real estate market continues to increase dramatically with the development
of high-density multi-family living, along with industrial expansions and various small commercial markets.
Future THA leaders will have flexibility with this investment.
In January 2022, THA cash purchased an additional available lot which
flanks the extended parking lot facilities. With commercial construction
in progress across the street, along with commercial property pending
sales alongside and behind the THA property, this smaller lot will allow
a buffer between THA and any future developments, as well as increase
the overall value of THA’s real estate holdings.
