THA ANNUAL MEMBER’S MEETING
June 26 - 28, 2022
THA-PAC REPORT
Mid-term elections will be here before you know it, and
legislators will be looking for donations to their respec-
tive election campaigns.
The ability of THA to impact the outcome of important
decisions made by legislators is strengthened by our
success in backing winning candidates who are indus-
try-friendly.
Annually, we encourage our members to support
THA's legislative efforts, by contributing to the THA -
Political Action Committee (PAC) campaign.

The Tennessee Housing Association (THA)
is Bi-Partisan, Pro-Industry.
THA works with legislators from all parties, to ensure consumers
are afforded the opportunity of housing choice.
For those who may not have heard, THA’s attorney, Retired Brigadier General Kurt
Winstead, is running for the newly drawn Tennessee 5th Congressional District.
Attorney Winstead, the former director of the joint staff for the Tennessee National
Guard, retired in 2021, after more than three decades of service. He is also the
founding partner at a Nashville law firm, which has represented the interests of the
THA Board of Directors, for over 20 years. Attorney Winstead is well versed in
the successes and issues of the manufactured housing industry. Those interested
