CAREY KOLB

Carey is the Team Leader for The Kolb Team, which ranks in the top 1% of over 160,000 Keller
Williams agents nationwide. Since joining the team in 2017, Carey has immersed himself in the
valley real estate market, specializing the team in active adult communities. Carey’s knowledge of
the active adult market comes from firsthand experience living in Sun Lakes where he serves as a
unit captain and community volunteer. He and his wife Trish raised their four children in Bremerton,
Washington, where for 21 years he ran the software division of a company that wrote software
for the federal government. Carey has a degree in Finance from the University of Iowa and an
MBA in Organizational Behavior. He’s also a Rotarian, an Iowa Hawkeyes sports fanatic, and a
long-suffering Detroit Lions fan!

As a Buyer’s Agent Trish helps clients find the perfect 55+ retirement community home. Trish pays
close attention to her client's needs, matches them with the right property, then follows through with
an honest and efficient transaction. The marketing and negotiation skills gained through years in
the ophthalmology field have given her a strong background that easily crosses over to real estate.
Throughout her career she has consulted ophthalmologists on techniques for outreach and
development, and patient care strategies. Trish is a native of South Dakota. Trish’s enthusiasm for
Arizona is obvious, saying, "From concerts and sporting events to the Desert Botanical Garden
there’s plenty to do and see!”

Becky, along with her husband John, co-founded The Kolb Team in 2010. As a multi-year
award-winning Realtor, Becky continues to sell real estate alongside her newly found passion for
being a life coach. With her excellent reputation, over 50% of her business is from referrals from
satisfied clients who regularly refer friends and family. Becky is a listing specialist, and helps her
clients purchase homes. She is known for her energy and detail, making sure her clients receive the
highest level of service and care. She is a Texas native who has also lived in Colorado, Tennessee,
and California. Her volunteer efforts include chairing the IronOaks Master Planning Committee,
former unit captain, and past Board member of the Oakwood 18-hole Couples Golf club.

ANNE ANNIS
REALTOR , TRANSACTION MANAGER

Anne is our transaction manager specializing in buyer and seller transactions and manages all
aspects of the transaction from Listing to Closing. Anne performs all data entry on a listing and
manages the real estate transaction when we are under contract. She works with the lender, title
company, home warranty company, seller agents and the Keller Williams brokerage system to
ensure everything runs smoothly for a perfect on-time closing. Anne is dedicated to providing a
seamless transaction for all of our sellers. Anne is an avid golfer who also enjoys music, fine dining
and travel. A Minnesota native, she loves to visit friends and family in the summer months.

After starting her professional career with a BS in Business Administration and holding accounting
and management positions in investment, accounting and construction companies, Teresa
obtained her real estate license in 2003. A farm girl from South Dakota, Teresa is known for her
honesty, professionalism, strong work ethic, attention to detail and having a calming effect on her
clients. Teresa and her husband, Darren Melstad, moved to Sun Lakes, AZ in 2021 to escape the
cold winters and enjoy more time outdoors. Teresa enjoys pickleball, golfing, hiking, camping,
pool time at Cottonwood pool, dinners with friends, exploring the U.S. and – most of all – time
with her grandchildren who live in Omaha, NE.
