It is best if you are not present during the inspection.

Will be contacting you to get information to order a title search,
as well as coordinating all of the closing details and paperwork.
APPRAISAL
The buyer’s Lender will schedule an appraisal
of your property to determine the value.
MOVE OUT

Recording means closing and buyer takes possession
