P. 16
b) Calculating the size of the diagonal angles of a room in a shape
An angle is a shape formed by two lines that intersect around
their point of intersection .
c) Calculate the distance between a point to a point, line, or plane.
The distance from point A to point B can be described by
connects point A and point B with line segment AB. The point-to-
line distance is the line segment drawn from a given point to the
point of the perpendicular leg made from that point to the line.
Distance from point A to plane is the length of the line segment
connecting A with the projection of point A on the plane .
d) Calculating the length, area, and volume of a building
Distance is the length of the line segment connecting the two
shapes which is the shortest and has a positive value. The surface
area of shape is the total area that covers the contents of a shape.
