                                            Rib Tips

Rub the ribs down with your favorite dry rub and let them set overnight in
               the refrigerator.

Place the ribs in a foil cooking bag or on a sheet of heavy aluminum foil

Place 3 ice cubes under the ribs and seal the bag or fold up the foil into a
pouch. (The ice cubes keep the ribs from drying out during the cooking
               process)

Place the packets on the grill for about a couple of hours or in the oven for
about 3 hours at 350 turning them once.

Remove them from the heat and cut open the packet with some shears
               allowing the steam to escape.

Return the ribs to the grill till browned (about 20 minutes) Note: If you want
smoked ribs now is the time to do the smoking. Smoke really dries out any
meat quickly so 20-30 minutes is probably plenty.

Baste the ribs last with your BBQ sauce and cook another 10 to 15 minutes

Remove and cut into single rib portions
