Ahi  Lettuce Wrap



               Ahi Tuna Steaks
               1-2 chili peppers cored, seeded and minced
               ½ cup Soy sauce
               Course kosher salt
               1 bunch Green Onions
               1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
               2 tbsp Sesame Oil
               Lettuce of choice
               1tbl grated fresh Ginger

                                         Lagniappe


               Combine the thinly sliced raw tuna, soy sauce, chopped green onions, sesame
               oil, and grated ginger, chili peppers, salt, and sesame seeds; mix lightly.
               Cover and let set for a couple of hours in the
