Ahi Poke’


                                         Ingredients



               2 Ahi Tuna Steaks (sashimi grade)
               1-2 chili peppers, seeded & diced
               ½ cup Soy sauce
               1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
               1 bunch Green Onions
               Kosher salt to taste
               2 tbsp Sesame Oil
               Thin sliced cucumber
               1tbl grated ginger
                Lettuce leaves of choice



                                         Lagniappe



               Combine the thinly sliced raw tuna, soy sauce, chopped green onions,
               sesame oil, grated ginger, chili peppers, and salt and sesame seeds;
               mix lightly.  Cover and let set for a couple of hours in the refrigerator
               for a couple of hours.

               Serve on or wrapped in the lettuce leaves with the cucumber
