Tuna salad
Ingredients
1 can light tuna in water
1 green bell pepper (minced)
2 green onions (minced)
¼ cup green salsa
6 pimiento-stuffed olives (chopped)
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp lime juice
½ tsp ground cumin
Ground black pepper to taste
Lagniappe
Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix with a fork, season to
taste
Serve with tortilla chips or over lettuce with tomato garnish
