Carne Asada



                                         Ingredients


               4 garlic cloves
               1 jalapeno chili seeded and minced
               1 tsp cumin
               1 bunch cilantro chopped stems and all
               2 limes juiced
               2 tbsp white vinegar
               ½ tsp sugar
               ½ cup olive oil
               Kosher salt and ground black pepper
               2 lbs flank steak

                                         Lagniappe


               Slice meat very thin and marinate for several hours or overnight.

               Salt and pepper both sides and grill till medium rare.

               Remove from heat and let rest for 5 min and slice across the grain into thin
               strips.

               Serve with warm flour tortillas, fresh tomato salsa, avocado, cabbage,
               radishes and grilled green onions on the side.
