Kemah Shrimp Slaw



                                         Ingredients



               1 head fresh cabbage
               ¼ cup finely chopped bell pepper
               ½ cup finely chopped onions
               ½ cup finely chopped celery
                ½ cup wishbone Italian dressing
               2 tsp garlic salt
               1 tsp garlic powder
               1 tsp onion salt
               ½ to 1 cup mayonnaise
               1 lb cooked small, cocktail type shrimp
               (preferably cooked in shrimp or crab boil)


                                         Lagniappe




               Mix it all up; adjust the mayonnaise depending on how moist you like your
               slaw.

               Let the slaw set up in the refrigerator for a couple of hours before serving.

               Ranch dressing can be used instead of the Italian and red or green roasted peppers are
               great
