Shrimp Stuffed

                                  Pepper Poppers



                                         Ingredients



               2 large green peppers
               1 large carton cream cheese
               1 lb small cocktail shrimp
               12 strips bacon
               1 lb shredded pepper jack cheese


                                         Lagniappe




               Cut off the top of the peppers and slit the side to remove the membrane and
               seeds.

               Mix the cream cheese and pepper jack cheese together in a small mixing
               bowl

               Stuff the peppers generously with the cheese mixture and the shrimps.

               Wrap the peppers in the bacon strips over the top or cut end to prevent the
               cheese mixture from running out secure with a tooth pick and grill or bake
               with the slit side up for 20 minutes at 350
