                                “Walking tacos”


                                         Ingredients





               1 bag Fritos
               1 bag shredded cheddar cheese
               2 lbs ground beef
               ½ Onion (chopped)
               1 tsp black pepper
               ½ tsp garlic salt
               2 ½ cup tomato sauces
               1 8oz jar salsa
               4 tbsp chili seasoning mix
               1 15oz can light kidney beans
               1 15oz can dark kidney beans.

                In a large iron skillet brown the ground beef and onion and drain off the
               grease.

               Stir in the pepper, garlic salt, tomato sauce, salsa, chili seasoning and kidney
               beans. Reduce heat and simmer for at least an hour.

               Place a layer of Fritos in the bottom of a greased casserole dish and cover
               with a layer of the chili.  Cover the chili with another layer of Fritos and top
               with the cheddar cheese
