Jalapeno Pie
Ingredients
1 can chopped green chilies
3-5 chopped Jalapenos
8 oz Monterey Jack Cheese
8 oz cheddar cheese
6 eggs (beaten)
Lagniappe
Butter a 9 in baking dish.
Spread the chilies and peppers in the bottom of dish
Spread the cheeses over the peppers.
Add a dash of garlic powder to the beaten eggs and pour over the cheeses.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, cut into squares.
