                           Smokey Pickled Eggs



               2 cups apple cider vinegar
               1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
               4 bay leaves
               1 tsp garlic powder
               2 tbsp liquid smoke
               12 hard boiled eggs
               2 Tbsp kosher salt
               ___________________________________________________________________


                      Cajun style pickled eggs


               6-8 eggs
               1 cup white vinegar
               1 tbsp powdered crab boil
               1 tsp crushed red peppe

               Warm all the ingredients except the eggs in a sauce pan. Stir till salt and spices are
               dissolved.  Allow the brine to cool and pour over the eggs. Keep in the refrigerator
               for up to 4 months.

                          Spicy pickled eggs



               12 hard cooked eggs peeled               1-2 tbsp brown sugar
               21/4 cups apple cider vinegar            1 large bay leaf
               ¾ cup red wine vinegar                   1 tbsp black pepper corns
               1 tbsp kosher salt                       4 garlic cloves peeled & halved
               1 tbsp chili flakes                      1 qt Mason jar w/lid
