Tortellini Soup



                                         Ingredients



               3 tsp olive oil                                     1garlic clove minced
               3 stalks celery chopped                             1 onion diced
                                                                   2 cans cream of chicken soup
               1 10 oz box frozen spinach                          32 oz chicken broth
               2 cans water
               Family size pig of tortellini                       3 chopped carrots


                                         Lagniappe




               Sauté the garlic, celery, carrots and onions until tender

               Add frozen spinach and cook till it thaws and starts to heat up

               Add cream of chicken soup and water

               Add chicken broth and the tortellini.

               Bring to a boil and reduce heat to a simmer.  Soup best if let to set a few
               hours prior to serving.
