4. Make another partial wrap with the working end around
the loop as illustrated in figure 34c. Keep this wrap towards
the loop and not the standing end. In this step, you don’t
need to make a complete wrap, just pass the working end
behind the standing part as figure 34c illustrates.

5. Stop pinching the rope and thread the working end
through both wraps as illustrated in figure 34d. You’ll
actually be threading the working end under the “x” that
you created in step 3.
